KEEP FIT CLUB

Gentle stretch and exercise to music. We are more a 'fun' group than a strict regime - young mums to younger and older grandmothers. If you can walk you are welcome to try us out for a fun evening - but only if you are prepared to laugh with us.

MOTHERS AND TODDLERS

The group is open to mothers/fathers/grandparents/carers or anyone with a child or children between the ages of 0 and 4 years who would like to come along for a chat and a cup of tea/coffee. Plenty of toys for the children and room for them to run around safely.
