Medway Model Flying Club
The club was formed in 1973 to provide facilities for model aircraft enthusiasts, and has grown to over a hundred members with two separate flying sites. We have use of both fields seven days a week with the only restrictions being on the hours during which we can run IC engines.
Stickfast Lane Field: The main site is located between Newington and Iwade, less than 10 minutes from the M2. Co-ordinates for Stckfast Lane East: 0.70179 North: 51.36887 Nearest post code is ME9 8QE which is the bungalow opposite the field and this is shown on the Google satellite view below.

At this field we allow all disciplines of Model Flying from Radio Control IC aircraft and helicopters through to scale gliders and rubber powered models. We have a good spread of disciplines flown and on a Sunday get a very good turnout indeed.

We have a fantastic new site on the Isle Of Sheppy, this site is currently under going some preparation work and will be available to all soon.
Activity on this site is currently limited to gliders, free flight and control line it provides the chance for followers of these activities to enjoy them without concern.
This site will be used by all members and is where we will host our events and competitions in the future.

Access by road to the flying field is via Park Lane. The road gives way to a well made track, then directly onto the field.
