learning to flyWell there is no better place to learn! our club instructors are more than willing to help you learn to fly. There are no charges levied for lessons at the club if you provide your own equipment and you will be taught to fly safely using a "buddy" box. The instructors will keep helping you until you are ready to fly solo (at which time you must pass an assessment) and beyond!

All new members must undergo a flying assessment by our examiners prior to flying solo at any of the clubs sites. This comprises of a set of basic manoeuvres to determine the ability of the member to fly safely, until you have completed the assessment satisfactorily you must be accompanied by a qualified pilot.
